Scope
These terms govern the sale of ETRAFLORA products through this website to customers in the European Union. By placing an order you agree to them. The seller is ETRAFLORA OÜ (EU placeholder), Tallinn, Estonia, European Union.
Orders & prices
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT. An order becomes a binding contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price is shown in error.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. We never store full card details. Your parcel is prepared once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Products are perishable and shipped chilled across the EU. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Right of withdrawal
Because our drinks are perishable food, the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or temperature-sensitive products. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Our products are foods, not medicines, and are sold for general wellbeing — they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the seller’s member state. Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
